Q1初めて利用するのですが、どのスタジオを予約すれば良いですか？I am a first time user, which studio should I reserve?
ご予約される前に、ご利用人数・楽器編成などを教えていただければ、スタッフがお客様に合った最適なスタジオをご提案いたします。また、スタッフ滞在時間(18:00~22:00)ご利用時にスタジオや機材の使い方のご説明もいたします。お問い合わせは、Snafkins BL Studio公式LINEからお願いします。
Before making a reservation, please let us know the number of people and musical instruments you will be using, and our staff will suggest the most suitable studio for you. We will also explain how to use the studio and its equipment during your first visit. For inquiries, please contact us through the official Snafkins BL Studio LINE.
Q2駐車場はありますか？Is there parking available?
提携駐車場はございません。近隣のコインパーキングをご利用ください。
There is no affiliated parking lot. Please use coin-operated parking lots in the neighborhood.
Q3個人練習は可能ですか？Is private practice available?
はい、個人練習は可能です。3日前からご予約いただけます。
Yes, private practice is available; reservations can be made 3 days in advance.
Q4何名からバンド料金になりますか？How many people will be charged for a band?
2名様からバンド料金となります。
Band rates are for a minimum of 2 persons.
Q5予約のキャンセル方法を教えてください。How do I cancel?
オンライン予約画面の「マイページ」から当該予約のキャンセルができます。ご連絡時から起算して以下の料金が発生いたします。
- 予約開始時間より6日以内のキャンセルはスタジオ利用料の50％
- 予約開始時間より24H以内のキャンセルはスタジオ利用料の100％
例：利用開始時間が午後７時の場合、前日の午後７時以降にキャンセル申請すると、キャンセル料はスタジオ代の100％です。
※上記期間内での時間変更・スタジオの移動もキャンセル扱いとなります。
Yes, it is possible. The following charges will apply starting from the time of notification.
・50% of the studio fee for cancellations made within 6 days of the reservation start time.
・Cancellation within 24 hours of the reservation start time: 100% of the studio usage fee
Example: If the start time is 7:00 p.m. and you request cancellation after 7:00 p.m. the day before, the cancellation fee is 100% of the studio fee.
*Time changes and studio transfers within the above period will also be treated as cancellations.
Q6何も持たずに行っても大丈夫ですか？Can I go without anything?
楽器（ギターやベースなど）のレンタルをしております。前日の22時までにご予約をお願いします。但し、ピックは消耗品のためご持参ください。
Musical instruments (guitars, basses, etc.) are available for rent. Please make your reservation by 10:00 PM the day before. However, since picks are consumables, please bring your own.
Q7機材やアンプなどの持ち込みは可能ですか？Can I bring my own equipment, amps, etc.?

Q10予約は何ヶ月先まで可能ですか？How many months in advance can I make a reservation?
翌々月の月末まで可能です。
Reservations can be made up until the end of the month two months later.
Q11延長したい時はどうすればいいですか？How do I extend my reservation?
オンライン予約画面の「マイページ」から当該予約の延長ができます。
Extend the reservation from the “My Page” section of the online booking screen.
